Feel free to describe the issue below, and I will resolve it in seconds.Suggested Questions (Prompt Chips)
Rather than forcing visitors to craft prompts from scratch, present 3 to 4 clickable prompt chips:
1. "What are your enterprise pricing tiers?"2. "How does the 14-day free trial work?"3. "I want to talk to a human agent"4. "Where can I find API documentation?"When a visitor clicks a chip, that prompt is submitted automatically, overcoming initial typing friction and driving engagement immediately.

The top bar of the widget displays:
- Assistant Display Name: e.g. Elena - AI Concierge or Pitaj Support.
- Status Subtitle: e.g. Usually replies in 2 seconds or Available 24/7.
