Lead Capture Forms

Lead capture forms empower your AI agent to convert anonymous website visitors into verified sales opportunities. Instead of routing users to friction-heavy landing pages, contact collection occurs naturally within the conversation stream.

How to Create a Lead Capture Form

  1. Navigate to Actions → New Action
    From your agent’s dashboard menu, click Actions and select + New Action.

  2. Choose Type: Lead Capture
    Assign a clear label (e.g. Enterprise Demo Request or Request a Callback).

  3. Configure Form Fields
    Select the attributes to request from the prospect:

    • Full Name (Text, required/optional)
    • Email Address (With automated syntax validation)
    • Phone Number (With country code selector)
    • Company / Organization Name (Text)
    • Project Details / Message (Multiline textarea)

  4. Add GDPR / Privacy Consent (Optional)
    Toggle a privacy acknowledgment checkbox referencing your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  5. Set the Ingestion Trigger Directive
    Instruct the agent: “Display this form when the visitor expresses interest in pricing, enterprise plans, or requests a callback from our team.”
