How to Connect Your Shopify Store

Navigate to Integrations → Shopify
From your agent’s dashboard menu, click Integrations and select Shopify.
Supply Store Credentials
- Myshopify Domain: e.g., your-brand.myshopify.com
- Admin API Access Token: Generate a Custom App within Shopify Admin (Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps) with read scopes:
  - read_products
  - read_inventory
  - read_orders
Synchronize Catalog
Click Connect & Sync. Pitaj.io imports product titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, images, and permalinks.
Activate Actions
Under Actions, the built-in Shopify actions (Product Search and Order Lookup) are immediately available.
